Action Required: Team Assignments

Good afternoon, directors and advisors!

After much hard work we have created a draft version of this year's team assignments (attached). Please take a moment to review your team's assignments, then submit this form to confirm or request changes no later than this Wednesday, 10/2 at 5pm: [See link in email sent to Directors and Advisors on 9/30]

A couple of things to note:

- Assignments in orange were selected by your Lead Critic, but fall on a conflict listed in your school application.
- Assignments in red indicate shows happening on consecutive weekends, which we have tried to avoid, but in some cases were unavavoidale. If you would like to request a show that works for your team to replace one of these dates we will make an effort to move your team into that show.
- Teams with availability on the weekends of November 15-16 and May 2-3 are, in most cases, scheduled to see two shows in one weekend. Due to volume of shows on these weekends and team availability across NCA, this was unavoidable.
- This list has NOT been checked for travel distance! Please take a moment prior to submitting the form to Google travel distance from your school to the performing schools and request a change via the form if anything falls outside of a 45 minute driving range for your team (unless you are okay with your team driving more than 45 minutes to a show).
- Only half of your team (rounded up) needs to be present at team shows, so conflicts that affect only a few members of your team are likely workable.

We suggest that you work with your Lead Critic to review these assignments before submitting the form. Please make every effort to make assigned shows work prior to requesting a change - this list represents the best possible schedule based on available information, barring any one-to-one show trades to accomodate driving distance!
