Important dates to take note of are: 

  • School Application Window: August 12-September 13

  • Lead Critic Training: September 17, 5p-7p (Virtual - Link will be sent to Advisors and Lead Critics)

  • Lead Critic Draft: September 22, 12p-3p (Virtual - Link will be sent to Advisors and Lead Critics)

  • Critic and Mentor Training: September 25 & 26, 5p-7p (IN PERSON Location TBA)

  • First Cappies Show: October 18

  • Last Cappies Show: May 10

  • Voting: May 11 (Location TBA)

  • Cappies Gala: June 2

Additional season information: 

  • Mentors must attend a mentor training session

  • Critics must attend one critic training session

  • Your Lead Critic must attend the Lead Critic Training and Draft, and should bring a list of team conflicts to the Draft

  • New Critics who attend the Lead Critic Training will also need to attend a Critic Training Session

  • Cappies shows may only take place on Friday evenings, Saturday matinees, or Saturday evenings. Sunday matinees are used for emergency rescheduling due to unavoidable show cancellations.
