Training Reminders and Slides
Good afternoon!
We look forward to seeing you at Cappies New & Returning Critic/Mentor Trainings today or tommorrow! Here is the information about trainings as a reminder:
Wednesday, September 25, 5:00pm-7:00pm
Herndon High School, 700 Bennett St, Herndon, VA 20170
Park by the fields and enter through Door 7
Thursday, Septebmer 26, 5:00pm-7:00pm
West Springfield High School, 6100 Rolling Rd, Springfield, VA 22152
Park by the fields and enter through Door 5
At both trainings, a Cappies table will be set up inside the doors with a sign-in and directions point you towards your training. Critics, please bring signed Parent Authorization forms and give them to the Cappies staff member at the check in desk!
Please bring something to take notes with, at minimum. You may prefer to use your computer, but this is not required.
If you are unable to make it to either of these training offerings, make sure that you register for the virtual make-up session on Monday, September 30 from 6:00PM to 8:00PM. This form will close on Friday, so please register before 11:50 PM on Thursday, September 26.

The meeting link will be distributed to critics and mentors who signed up for the session via the form by Friday, September 27 at 3pm. If you miss the deadline to register for the virtual make-up training, please email AdminNCA@cappies.org for the link.
Critics, if you are attending the virtual training, please send your signed Parent Authorization form with a friend to submit at in-person trainings, or submit your signed form to your Advisors. Advisors, please send all collected forms to AdminNCA@cappies.org in one email by October 7.
